The Power of Focus

Don has been involved in personal and professional development for over 15 years. He has trained aspiring entrepreneurs in sales skills and customer service.

After starting and growing a busy professional practice he decided to wed passion of horses with his gifts of teaching and training. He now lives in Bozeman Montana helping people toward better relationships using horses.

His "Horsemanship from the Heart" approach has inspired many people and organizations searching for leadership synergy, leadership and relationship building skills. Using the horse/trainer relationship as a metaphor, his lively presentations provide valuable insights concerning careers, family and personal growth.

Don has a doctorate in chiropractic health care, is a certified animal chiropractor, and a member of the Montana Speakers Association. When not developing horses, un-training horses or performing animal chiropractic services he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two children exploring the western landscape.
