Jeff Vanek

Our economy has gone through several significant transformations in the last one hundred years. These include the industrial age, the space age, the atomic age, the digital age, and now the knowledge age. No matter what your job or industry, today’s world is being dramatically influenced by scientific and technological innovations that are driving a global market place increasingly characterized by greater international interdependence.

It is a world where the balance of political power is changing and new economic realities are emerging. Now more than ever, it is essential that individuals and businesses know and understand what will make them successful in today’s world.

Knowing the right things is key to economic development and individual success. So what do you need to know for success in today’s knowledge-based economy? Backed by years of research and empirical evidence, Jeff teaches the keys to success in today’s knowledge based global economy.

1.      Why we need to understand other societies and cultures to compete.

2.      Why it is important to have knowledge of the physical and natural world no matter what your job is.

3.      What intellectual and practical skills you need to have to not just get by, but to prosper.

4.      Why personal and social responsibility is your concern.

5.      How do you gain the knowledge and skills to the new and ever complex challenges facing individuals and business in our ever more connected world.
