Has been in the real estate business unofficialy since about 1957, but as an agent he recieved his licence in Michigan in 1967. In 1969 he was elgible to take his broker test and passed. He has been involved in single family house re-habs and flips, single family rentals, Multi-family Rental, Real estate developments. His expertise goes acrossed all area's of real estate, including, developing, inter-state developing and land sales, single family and multi-family developing, Managing home-owners association, Water systems, and largeand small scale developments Since 2002, he has been involved in coaching real estate agents and non-agents in the art of real estate investing, showing how you can use Full Disclosure to actually enhance your real estate carear and lesson your liability at the same time. He is currently speaking to groups on real estate investing and managing real estate. Still investing in real estate, and because of his travels throughout the US, he has kept up with the new laws throughout the US and can speak in most states as an expert on how to proceed in that state. He trains Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Coaches, Real Estate Investors and loves showing the first time homeowner how to get ahead using Real Estate.
