Nora McDougall-Collins
Nora McDougall-Collins' has a passion for helping small organizations understand how to have a website that meets their needs. Starting in 1997 working with websites for small communicty newspapers, After watching the struggles of many small businesses, Nora quickly learned that it's not just enough to "have a website." Since 2003, Nora has been teaching business owners, agency and non-profit employees and upcoming web developers how to look at websites wholistically. With degrees in both Business Administration and Computer Science, Nora jokes that "artists make beautiful websites that don't work, programminers make ugly websites that work, and business people and web marketers just want to collect the pay." The best websites are built with all these strengths. It's all may seem like very serious business, but the humor of real life examples and web foibles makes even the computer uncomfortable folks realize that they can take control of their own websites!
